Terms of Service

By accessing or using Parall you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Parall on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password and API keys confidential
• Notify us promptly at support@parall.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Parall is a collaboration platform for teams. You agree not to use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Parall staff
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated communications that disrupt the service
• Upload or share content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems
• Interfere with the operation of the platform, including by introducing malware or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Parall — messages, files, tasks, wiki pages, and other materials ("Your Content"). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Parall platform.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to operating the service.

The Parall platform — including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks — is the property of Ponder Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as intended.

We strive to keep Parall available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality you are paying for, we will provide reasonable notice.

You may close your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting support@parall.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing the service poses a risk to other users or the platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ponder Private Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.

Parall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Parall after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
